Tired of the "same-old, same-old" Halloween agenda every year? Not really certain if you should play along with the dress-up crowd? Never know exactly what to do or what to wear every Fall? Well, there is another option for those that dwell in the city of Atlanta this year. If you didn't already know, Atlanta is playing host to perhaps one of the biggest Halloween parties in the country this October, and it's jam-packed with quality entertainment. There will be live music, comedy, magic, dancing, and the mystery of a masquerade all wrapped up in a big, but not really that scary a package.

It's been a long time coming, but this Atlanta Halloween Party will finally bring a breath of fresh air to "trick or treaters" looking for a little something new this coming Fall. People are ready for something different this Halloween. They are ready for something that will offer some refuge from the ghosts, ghouls, and goblins of traditional Halloween pasts. They are ready for a Masquerade!

This year The Atlanta Halloween Ball will take place at The Fabulous Fox Theatre on Saturday, October 30th, 2010 beginning at 8:00 p.m. Leaders and supporters of the event are extremely excited about the evening billing it as something fresh and very exciting for the city of Atlanta. Perhaps the best part of the whole thing is that the event is going to be giving proceeds earned to one of the city's most prominent not-for-profit organizations in Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. "We can't wait for this Halloween event to take place," says Bryan Colson, one of the events organizers. "When we came up with this idea, everything just seemed to fall into place as to why, what, where, and how. Everyone that gets involved in this is going to benefit. That's what we wanted and it's shaping up nicely!"

So what do you get? Well, you get everything you could ask for out of a formal, up-scale, big-city bash! Live music from The Prudentials, one of Atlanta's best big bands (11 members altogether), a great emcee, comedy, magic, professional "Dancing With The Stars" type dancers, food, an open bar, white-linen tables, and of course, the ambience and elegance of The Fabulous Fox Theatre! And don't forget, it's a masquerade! Perfect for Halloween, but better than scary and ragged old costumes of the past. That's giving you a lot for Atlanta's Best Halloween Event and all you have to do is decide if you want to attend!

No doubt this event will give the people of Atlanta a chance to be a part of something a little different each Fall. A welcomed change indeed. You've got mystery, elegance, and magic taking the place of the make-up and worn-out, scary outfits. Couples now have a chance to dress up and experience a true masquerade party, an event that certainly still belongs with the Fall season. Nothing is lost, but a lot is gained. People will undoubtedly have their imaginations and curiosities running wild as they prepare for this Atlanta Halloween Party. The creators and organizers have really stumbled on to something that has great potential for not only this coming Halloween, but for many more to come!
